The client approached us because of our matchless expertise in the Fintech industry. The idea was to build a mobile app for property owners to get clarity on their property income and expenditure.
The application will be designed in such a phenomenal way to collect rent directly to your account from the tenants and receive instant alerts on collected and late payments.
Additionally, the account details will be sorted in a way to show the aggregate accounts in one place to track and categorize expenses by type and property.
The goal was to save time on your admin work and gain control over your property finances.
Vesta has to be built from the ground up so our architects worked diligently to design a flawless architecture of the app to support millions of users and future updates.
The main challenge was to link the property owner’s bank account with the app to get the data of the transaction to generate a report of income and expenses. Our expert Fintech team suggested using Open Banking APIs to achieve this goal.
Our backend engineers showed some impressive skills to build an algorithm that consumed the Open Banking APIs to fetch and separate the inward and outward transactions to generate the financial position for the property owner.
Our mobile ninjas used their stupendous experience to integrate the design that supported all the mobile devices available in the market. The mobile app was built so beautifully to fetch the data from the backend via web services to give life to the UIs.
